Due to the nature of our hampers, we order in our items as and when needed. This is to ensure we have the freshest ingredients for you, with the best shelf life possible.

This also helps towards lowering our overall waste consumption.
If we are unable to get a hold of a certain products, stated within our products description, we will replace said item, for the next most similar product available.
All our products are made individually and handmade upon request.
Orders are usually ready & dispatched within 3-5 days. However please allow up to 10 days to be ready; as we may need to order in parts of your order i.e. hamper trays, mugs or vinyl or ingredients etc.
