Personalised Mug + Basic Stirrer

• Storage

Please store your slab in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Please so not allow any water or moisture come into contact with your chocolate slab.

Sugar Bloom: this is where the sugar crystals within the chocolate to come into contact with moisture. Although sugar bloom can look unsightly, it is completely safe to consume, and does not affect the taste.

Mug Personalisation

Please take into consideration that our custom vinyl mugs are novelty mugs which are not cured. This means our mugs are not dishwasher safe.

How to look after your vinyl mug:

Gently wash your mug with warm soapy water; taking extra care over the vinyl area, to dry gently pat dry.

Pop your hot chocolate sphere into a mug,  slowly pour in your piping hot milk of choice; watch as your hot chocolate sphere melts down, releasing it's mini fluffy marshmallows. Mix well, and enjoy!

Delivery

All our products are made individually and handmade upon request.
Orders are usually ready & dispatched within 2-4 days. However please allow up to 10 days to be dispatched; as we may need to order in parts of your order i.e. hamper trays, mugs or vinyl etc.
