Glass & Bamboo Tumbler - Name

Gently wash your tumbler with warm soapy water; taking extra care over the vinyled area, to dry gently pat dry immediately. Please take into consideration that our custom vinyl mugs are novality items which are not cured. This means they are not dishwasher safe. Due to the material of the tumbler, please do not use them with a microwave.

Each order is made freshly for you. When you place your order, we shortly start making your order. We buy our supplies locally when we can; and upon each order where we can, this helps us to keep our waste consumption down. 

We do our best to make sure we can get our supplies in when we need them, however if we are unable to get a hold of a certain item, we will use a suitable substitute instead; example: If we cannot get Rose Gold Gloss Vinyl, we will use Rose Gold Matt Vinyl instead. 

If we are unable to get ahold of an item, and cannot find a suitable substitute, we will contact you directly. 

As soon we receive your order, we when order in your items, this can take between 3-5 days, if we don't already have it in stock. Once we have received your tumbler we aim to have it personalised the same day or the following morning. Once your item has been personalised it will be dispatched and sent via Royalmail the next working day (allowing item to rest to insure the vinyl adheres).Royalmail deliveries times then apply.
