Please store your slab in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Please so not allow any water or moisture come into contact with your chocolate slab.

Sugar Bloom: this is where the sugar crystals within the chocolate to come into contact with moisture. Although sugar bloom can look unsightly, it is completely safe to consume, and does not affect the taste.

Due to the nature of our chocolate items, we buy our ingredients on a need basis. This is to ensure we have the freshest ingredients for you. If we are unable to get a hold of a certain topping within our products description, we will replace said item, for the next most similar product available. To make our products even more special, we do use lustre dusts; these can some times transfer to your hands when consuming. Our lustre dusts are 100% edible. 

Delivery

All our products are made individually and handmade upon request.
Orders are usually ready & dispatched within 2-4 days. However please allow up to 7 days to be dispatched; as we may need to order in parts of your order i.e. hamper trays, mugs or vinyl etc.
