If we are unable to get a hold of a certain products, stated within our products description, we will replace said item, for the next most similar product available.All our products are made individually and handmade upon request.
Orders are usually ready & dispatched within 3-5 days. However please allow up to 10 days to be dispatched; as we may need to order in parts of your order i.e. hamper trays, mugs or vinyl or ingredients etc.Please store your chocolate products in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Please so not allow any water or moisture come into contact with your chocolate.
